Emma Calder

Emma Calder is a Principal Consultant at tml Partners within our Consumer practice. Emma specialises in senior marketing appointments, for leading and high growth brands across FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer, Retail and eCommerce sectors.

Emma has extensive experience recruiting in the above sectors working with blue chips who own globally recognised brands, through to smaller start-ups. She recruits across all marketing disciplines, including brand management, marketing communications, insights, trade/shopper/customer channels, category management, innovation & NPD, digital and eCommerce.

Prior to her career in recruitment, her earlier career spans 16+ years in international and brand, consumer and customer marketing roles for Colgate Palmolive and Kerry Foods.

Emma is passionate about using her marketing expertise to help others find their next ideal career move and in building up strong relationships with both marketers and clients, through mutual trust and deep insight into roles and an individual’s career aspirations.
