Naomi Hamilton is Head of Interim Talent and Operations, working across tml Partners and Growth Partners, having been with the business for five years.
Naomi is our interim and contracting specialist. She’s experienced in supporting listed, privately owned, and PE-backed businesses where there is an immediate need across marketing, communications, revenue, and digital. She works closely with business stakeholders to advise on routes to market for non-permanent team members, including fixed term, day rate, and freelance resource.
Alongside developing the interim practice, Naomi manages tml Partners’ charity partnerships and is a member of our EDI Committee. She also plays a key role in our wellbeing strategy.
In her spare time, Naomi volunteers for New Bridge Charity and can often be found on a spin bike.
