Seb has half a decade of experience recruiting for Fund Managers of all sizes and has an extensive network of marketing and communications experts from C-Suite through to senior managers. The Asset Management sector is going through pronounced change post-covid, this understanding has allowed Seb to successfully advise and guide clients on best-in-class function structure, talent acquisition and strategy. With a background in B2B sales in the publishing industry, a human approach to relationship building is key to his operating model and would welcome the opportunity to forge more long-term connections in the Fund Management sector.
Outside of work, Seb enjoys travelling to under-the-radar destinations, dropping in on the latest museum exhibition and supporting the Baltimore Ravens across the pond in the NFL.
