Mirabaud Asset Management is the high conviction asset management arm of Mirabaud. They provide a focused and specialised range of investment solutions to institutional and wholesale investors on a global basis. They engaged tml Partners to assist with a Channel Marketing Manager role to expand their growing marketing team.

Focused on providing a holistic approach to asset management, Mirabaud delivers a mixture of funds from Fixed Income to esoteric portfolios concerning long term innovation. With a clear vision and buy-in to marketing from all levels of the Mirabaud Group, we were delighted to take this role to market.

Seb Wainwright of tml Partners worked closely with the Head of Marketing, Pauline Bush, and HR Business Partner, Anne-Marie, to understand the role and the exciting growth trajectory of the marketing function at Mirabaud Asset Management. They were looking for a full channel marketer with experience of getting creative with the budgets associated with smaller firms. The ability to work autonomously was key, given the pace of growth of the business.
