Elinor Lara is a Senior Consultant at tml Partners within our Corporate Affairs practice, specialising in the Energy sector.
Elinor started her career in Corporate Communications, working for a FTSE-listed oilfield services company where she gained significant experience in both UK and international markets and a deep understanding of the Corporate Affairs function within a highly regulated industry.
In 2018, Elinor made the move into recruitment as her background meant she was well-positioned to understand and advise on client recruitment needs and candidate career ambitions alike. Elinor worked on mid and senior-level Communications appointments in the B2B space with a keen focus on Energy, Infrastructure and Heavy Industries.
Elinor joined the Corporate Affairs practice at tml Partners in June 2023 to build out the Energy sector, focusing on senior and leadership appointments. She remains passionate about the sector and believes there has never been a better time to be a Corporate Affairs professional in this exciting global industry.
