The Challenge:
Prudential recently relocated its global headquarters from London to Hong Kong, requiring a transition in senior leadership. Prudential welcomed a new CEO whilst going through changes to its international corporate structure.
The Solution:
Tom Morgan Harris, Head of International Corporate Affairs and Kamillah Ansari, Executive Researcher at tml Partners partnered with Prudential plc on their new Senior Director, Corporate Communications hire in Hong Kong. Tom has worked on senior international communications hires for the last 10 years and is armed with an extensive global communications network. Their combined specialist expertise across corporate affairs in the insurance and financial services sector enabled them to partner with Prudential’s UK and APAC leadership team to complete the search – working closely with the Global Senior Director of Corporate Communications, Simon Kutner and other members of the global team.
