This organisation is a high growth business-to-business operation that has recently been invested in by a high profile private equity house. They have over 300 people in the business with an impressive roadmap that includes further International expansion with new service lines and sector growth.
They require an Interim Chief Marketing Officer to work closely with the Commercial Director to build and devise their marketing strategy. This will involve a full audit of the existing marketing team, budget and supply chain to review where improvements can be made and ensure the optimal strategy and structure is in place for the future. It’s a fast-paced B2B, largely sales led environment so looking at the best martech for demand generation and performance marketing will be an important aspect. Looking at their brand and CX strategy as well as how they are using content and PR for their comms will also be required.
To succeed in this assignment you will be an experienced interim or fractional marketing leader with a number of successful B2B marketing transformation projects over the past few years. You’ll have excellent Board level impact with an objective and consultative approach that is able to deliver marketing led results over the next six months, before likely helping them hire a permanent Head of Marketing.
