This Opportunity
As a result of our rapid international growth, we are seeking a Research Associate or Senior Associate to work on board-level and senior leadership projects across the UK, Europe, and North America. This role supports the creation of a world-class centre of excellence for global executive search.
You will partner with our Global Commercial Director and Senior Leadership Team on business development strategies, client and candidate research, and executive relationship management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executive Search Project Management: Collaborating on search strategies, research, and candidate development.
- Research & Client Development: Conducting industry and company research to map executive talent, particularly Chief Marketing, Revenue, and Commercial Leaders across growth industries for tml Partners.
- Global Growth Strategies: Supporting our international expansion through networking opportunities in the US, UK, and Europe.
- DEI Initiatives: Working with our Diversity Committee to deliver anonymised questionnaires and provide demographic reporting within candidate processes.
- Reporting and Data: Maintain and strengthen our high caliber Data across our CRM (Salesforce) in relation to C-Suite contacts, equally finding commercial, concise and unique ways to present data to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Content and Sales Enablement: Support on the creation of client facing collateral, from pitch documents to briefing packs and social media content.
- Relationship Management: Build a future pipeline and community network of key influencers and advocates to support in future search projects and new business opportunities.
About You
We’re looking for a self-starter with exceptional relationship-building skills, attention to detail, a first-class communicator adapted to working across multiple geographies and cultures, and above all a passion for customer service.

Essential skills and experience include:
- A proven track record in executive search, project management, or research.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present complex information clearly.
