The Opportunity

Having over doubled in size over the past year, due to continued successes we are looking for a select number of talented, curious and ambitious Trainee Consultants to join us on our journey.
Joining an industry-leading training and development programme, you will work with our team of highly experienced professionals made up of experienced search consultants, marketeers turned headhunters, and other trainees just like you, on a range of high-profile executive recruitment projects.
You’ll gain early exposure to both senior and board level candidates, as well as world-renowned clients across the market, ranging from blue chips to high-growth disruptors, you’ll get to know some of the sharpest minds at the forefront of marketing, innovating the world’s best brands.

Working within a fast-paced, fun and meritocratic environment, you will have the unique opportunity to work autonomously whilst learning directly from a high-performing yet collaborative and supportive team, eventually specialising and owning your own market and desk within one of our key growth areas.
With the support of everyone at tml ranging from your peers all the way up to the founding partners, your position will develop into an end-to-end full-service consultant role where you will be headhunting and meeting individuals for specific client opportunities, networking and developing your own personal brand, and developing new business relationships to drive growth for your business area.

What we look for:
- A talented graduate (or equivalent) with a minimum of one year’s professional experience gained in a commercial environment;
- A passion and genuine interest in innovation, marketing and brands;
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills – a natural networker;
- Tenacious, resilient and highly organised individuals, able to work in a fast-paced environment;
