Simon Bassett, the former Managing Director of EMR, has launched a new marketing recruitment specialist called tml Partners.

Because the next generation of marketing leaders looks very different.

Founder Bassett said

“Having run EMR for six years and navigated it through the credit crunch for private equity shareholders, the time was right to build a new privately owned high quality marketing recruitment specialist.”

The new business specialises in placing senior marketing talent, primarily CMOs, Marketing Directors and their management teams for blue chips and high growth businesses. The venture is majority owned by staff and uses the very latest tech and agile working.
