Newton is a UK-based specialist management consultancy enabling operational improvement, fuelled by a fundamental belief that even the best organisations can be better.

The Challenge:

At a pivotal point of their brand journey, Newton sought a creative storyteller who would help convey their narrative in the market (Senior Brand Manager). This individual would need to have strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to establish and shape their brand function. Their vision is to deliver their narrative through all channels, digital being pivotal. Hence, they also wanted to recruit a digital expert to take ownership of their digital channels and manage their website (Digital Channel Manager).

The Outcome:
