About the opportunity

Due to our phenomenal International growth and demand we are now looking for a Senior Consultant to focus on New York, working from our London office.

You’ll be one of our lead fee earners at tml owning and building one of our biggest markets, with great potential to become a future Partner.

Working from our vibrant new offices in Fleet Street, you’ll be meeting some of the sharpest minds that are shaping businesses and brands today.

Our team works across a range of sectors from consumer markets, financial services, professional services, media, e-commerce and travel through to high tech, fintech, wearables and IoT. Our clients range from the best known blue chips accounts through to high profile challenger brands.

We’ll help you grow your market with some outstanding marketing support that will focus on building your personal brand with industry leading PR, content, thought leadership and events that will position you as a true expert in your market and help you develop and own C-Suite level relationships.

Initially you’ll work across a variety of sectors to develop a broader knowledge and expertise before specialising and owning your own market and desk.

We only operate at the senior end of the marketing primarily in roles ranging from £70K to £400K so you will be working on a range of executive recruitment projects which include a blend of retained search and high end contingency recruitment, though the majority of our client relationships are exclusive.

Marketing recruitment is highly relationship focused with networking a critical part of the role. It’s a 360 role where you will be headhunting and interviewing senior candidates as well as developing a sales strategy and driving new business relationships.

About you

You’ll need to have several years’ experience in a commercial environment. Experience and exposure to marketing is beneficial but by no means a requisite as we welcome the opportunity to hire people from a range of sectors and backgrounds.
