A fast-growing, French-founded B2B SaaS scale-up is looking to appoint a Senior Video Manager to lead the development of their video content and online educational platform. Having recently secured new funding and currently generating £5 million in ARR. This role will be central to their content strategy, helping shape how they show up across LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. With a product-first, global approach, the company operates with a lean, international team and serves a growing customer base across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior Video Manager will be responsible for creating engaging short, medium and long-form video content. The role will involve full creative ownership — from strategy and production to publishing — with a focus on building a strong, consistent brand voice through video. The successful candidate will also take the lead in launching a new educational content platform, using video to drive customer engagement and brand authority. A key part of this role is staying current with video trends and platform updates to ensure output remains fresh and effective. The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to feedback is essential.
The ideal candidate will bring over five years’ experience in marketing or media, with a deep understanding of video production techniques and storytelling. They’ll be confident both behind and in front of the camera, and possess a natural flair for creating content that captures attention. A passion for learning, a strong sense of accountability, and an interest in SaaS or technology-driven businesses will serve them well in this position. Prior experience working in a scale-up or fast-paced, creative environment is a plus. Above all, they’ll be driven by curiosity, creativity and a desire to make a measurable impact.
