We are delighted to be partnered with an elite global law firm in search of a Global MarTech and Innovation Lead to drive their digital transformation through the next phase of their growth journey! This is an exciting time for the firm as they look to drive better digital optimisation and interlink it with the firm strategy, as well as their Business Development and Marketing strategy. This is an opportunity to go into a leading firm Band 1 team globally with the firms ambitious global growth plans, and be part of a genuinely exciting challenge.
This role is a leadership role that will be directly responsible for driving impact within the firms firmwide digital capabilities. You will also be managing a team of 3 specialists with scope to grow the team further.
Reporting into the Director of Operational Excellence & Planning, responsibilities will include:
- Bridging the gap between product owners and business practice teams on all MarTech tools, including their recently rolled out Salesforce tool to drive better understanding of utilising these tools and understanding data within the business development and marketing teams.
- Developing and executing tech and innovation strategies, in partnership with the Data and Tech teams, to ensure business needs are being met.
- Managing several stakeholder relationships in the Business Development and Marketing teams, as well as with fee earners to make complicated data and analytics reports more compelling and understandable.

- Has a deep understanding of MarTech stacks and digital innovation tools, and can apply them to drive a firms commercial growth.
- Able to effectively manage key internal relationships (including partner and business development team ) on an international basis, ensuring regular collaboration.
- Is comfortable in a complex B2B environment with various stakeholders that will question and probe on various topics around MarTech and Digital transformation.
- Understands MarTech stacks including Sitecore, and CRM tools such as Salesforce whilst being able to showcase the value of these.
