We have partnered with a prominent international digital bank that is expanding its European Hub and is on the lookout for a Senior Digital Designer as a key member of the internal creative studio, who will be responsible for creating and assisting in the creation and delivery of a range of Marketing Campaign assets across multiple channels.
This individual will work across a diverse team of designers & Copywriters and closely with marketing and growth teams to design marketing assets that aligns with global branding and is on trend to ensure the business has a competitive edge in the market. You will be a highly creative individual, who is up to date with current design trends in retail and financial services sector, and is comfortable working in a variety of design tools.
In this role you will:
- Own creation and delivery of design work from conception through to production, adhering to brand guidelines and effectively communicating conceptual ideas and design approaches with convincing and engaging design rationale.
- Ensure all assets are consistent with a cohesive look and feel – working closely with the Creative Studio in the UK.
- You will have the opportunity to work on wider projects such as bigger agency-led campaigns. Collaborate with campaign teams and applying creative direction and styling across all digital touch-points.
- Create engaging designs for use across our social channels, website, display ads, OOH, email marketing, video, print collateral, event branding and promotional material.
- Champion the use of customer insights and data from testing to inform how and why we design. Ensure design guidelines, systems and other best practices are followed throughout the design process.
- Quality check and proof all design and production output to ensure completed work is error-free, meets the brief and achieves the desired design standards and brand guidelines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to co-ordinate different requirements and get the relevant signs-off of briefs. In addition building strong working relationships with team members, internal stakeholders & external agencies.
Given the fast paced nature of the business, you will be able to work independently and run things on your own, but also be a team player with excellent stakeholder management skills and be confident to manage upwards.
The Successful Candidate will have strong background working in an in-house design studio or creative agency with 7+ years of experience. You will have good examples of delivering large scale multi-channel projects with strong expertise in consumer brands. You will also have good working experience on a range of design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as strong animation skills. You will have working level proficiency in both German and English.
