The Senior Client Development Manager will spearhead strategies to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth, focusing on priority client teams in the private equity sector. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing client interactions, and driving long-term client relationships. This position serves as a strategic partner to practice leads and as a point of contact for high-priority clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client team strategies to enhance relationships and expand service offerings.
  • Lead internal and client-facing initiatives, including pitches, RFPs, panel renewals, and strategic debriefs.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for client growth.
  • Ensure consistency in client service delivery, managing internal workflows to meet commitments.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration across various teams and geographies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the private equity sector.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment, balancing firm and client objectives.
  • Expertise in client relationship management tools and emerging technologies.
