We’re looking for a Senior BD Manager to bring structure, strategy, and commercial focus to the team. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing BD function, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving opportunity generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic BD framework across multiple departments and sectors.
- Drive a sales-led culture, identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Lead key account management and relationship-building initiatives with corporate clients.
- Deliver BD training and coaching for senior stakeholders to enhance commercial acumen.
- Work closely with firm leadership to provide client insights, structure, and growth strategy.
Key Requirements
- Proven BD experience in professional services, ideally law.
- Strong relationship management and key account development expertise.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior lawyers and firm leadership.
- Experience in BD training, coaching, and driving behaviour change.
- Ability to work strategically while navigating a fast-changing, evolving environment.
