As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their team and drive operational efficiency across the sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Role Overview:

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for optimising processes and aligning strategies across all revenue-generating teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key departments to ensure efficient workflows, consistent data management, and data-driven decision-making, helping drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success: Ensure alignment across all teams to optimise go-to-market execution.
  • Revenue Strategy Development: Analyse performance data and implement improvements to drive revenue growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and automate processes to enhance team productivity.
  • Data Management: Maintain the integrity of sales and marketing data, ensuring proper tool integration and accurate reporting.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Work closely with finance to create accurate revenue forecasts and provide regular performance updates to leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Operated in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within B2B Technology.
  • Reporting Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Process Optimisation: Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving revenue growth.
  • CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and business intelligence tools.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
