The Role
As Marketing Technology Manager, you’ll serve as the bridge between marketing, business development, IT, and external vendors to ensure the firm’s martech stack is optimized to deliver best-in-class client engagement and insight.
You will
- Lead the strategic development and management of the firm’s marketing technology platforms, including CRM, email marketing, automation tools, website CMS, analytics platforms, and more
- Ensure system integration and alignment with firm-wide data, compliance, and business development priorities
- Drive adoption and usage of technology across marketing and BD teams through training, support, and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee the implementation of new platforms and upgrades—managing timelines, budgets, and third-party relationships
- Collaborate closely with the firm’s digital marketing, BD, and IT teams to deliver a seamless user and client experience
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns and channels, providing actionable insights and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Stay ahead of trends and innovations in legal marketing technology, advising the firm on opportunities to drive competitive advantage
About You
- Proven experience managing marketing technology within a professional services or legal environment
- Strong expertise in CRM systems (SalesForce experience is a must), email marketing platforms, CMS, and analytics tools
- Technically confident with the ability to liaise across non-technical and technical teams
- Demonstrable project management experience—capable of leading platform implementations or upgrades
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a collaborative, service-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Data-literate and experienced in using analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance
