They are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist responsible for supporting the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives, including assisting with pitches and proposals, maintaining practice group descriptions and content, supporting events, and updating marketing materials and website content. This individual is expected to provide superior service to the firm’s clients, attorneys, and staff, and maintain an atmosphere of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing and Business Development Support

- Assist with RFP responses and pitch presentations, including providing relevant materials, and searching firm resources for relevant experience examples
- Ensure that the firm’s marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.) are updated as needed and accurately reflect the firm’s experience
- Draft submissions for editorial awards, legal directories and ranking authorities (Chambers, Legal 500, Law360, American Lawyer, GAR)
- Coordinate conferences, receptions, seminars, forums, sponsorships, speaking, and writing opportunities
- Request, conduct, and disseminate research on companies, key individuals, industries, markets, competition, conflicts, and targets
- Support day-to-day requests from lawyers for marketing and business development support
Experience Management

- Assist with drafting and editing descriptions of legal matters and client experience using appropriate legal terminology, and cataloguing descriptions in the firm’s databases, including Salesforce
- Revise and update descriptions of legal matters, repurposing them for pitches, awards, website, and other uses, while maintaining confidentiality
- Update and maintain experience entries within SalesForce
Design & Content Creation

- Format and update marketing collateral
