We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations and Finance Manager to oversee the strategic and operational efficiency of our client’s marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and efficient allocation of resources.
- Oversee operational workflows, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships to drive the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Leverage marketing technologies to optimise performance and monitor KPIs, ensuring activities remain on time and within budget.
An ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience in marketing operations within a regulated industry, such as financial services or wealth management.
- Strong expertise in budget management, process optimisation, and operational workflow design.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, including GDPR and data privacy laws.
