The Opportunity
This newly created Marketing Manager role offers the chance to shape the company’s global marketing strategy and elevate its brand across new and established markets. As the first hire in the marketing team, you’ll work directly with senior leadership, designing and executing multi-channel initiatives that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and strategic growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer to develop and implement innovative campaigns across digital platforms, thought leadership, and industry events. The role’s international focus will allow you to influence brand perception and strategic positioning on a global scale, with substantial room for growth as the firm expands.
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s ambitions in high-growth areas like quantitative analytics, artificial intelligence, and impact investment. You’ll partner with regional teams and senior leaders, particularly in North America, to develop campaigns that support market entry and regional growth.
A key focus will be on ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials, from client-facing documents to digital platforms. You’ll establish guidelines and set up a standardised document library, empowering the team to maintain a cohesive brand voice. Additionally, you’ll lead content creation initiatives, developing a rolling calendar of thought leadership pieces, industry insights, and case studies to position the firm as a leading voice in executive search for financial services.
You’ll also provide support for business development efforts, collaborating with partners to tailor campaigns and materials that enhance their client relationships and growth strategies. As the firm grows, you’ll have the opportunity to make a case for expanding the marketing team, setting the foundation for future hires, and scaling the firm’s marketing efforts.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a commercially savvy marketing professional with experience in executive search, financial services, or a consultancy environment. You should have a strong grasp of B2B marketing principles and a proven ability to drive brand recognition and growth through targeted, data-driven campaigns. Your expertise in content creation and multi-channel strategy will be essential in supporting thought leadership initiatives and enhancing brand reputation globally.
A keen eye for detail and document quality is vital, as is the ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders. Experience with CRM systems and B2B digital marketing platforms will be valuable, along with a collaborative approach and commitment to maintaining the high standards of the firm’s brand.
