A fast-growing UK savings platform is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their brand and marketing strategy. This is a high-impact role shaping go-to-market plans, overseeing campaign delivery, and creating standout content and ideas to engage UK savers.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Shape and deliver the full marketing strategy for a UK savings platform
- Develop the brand in collaboration with agency partners
- Manage and optimise performance marketing through agency relationships
- Lead the development of compelling multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid media, email, and social
- Drive PR and affiliate activity to engage the personal finance community
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and continuously improve effectiveness
- Own and manage the marketing roadmap and calendar
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Marketing experience in personal finance or B2C fintech is essential
- Experience launching new financial products or platforms aimed at retail audience
- Strong digital and performance marketing experience
- Experience working with agencies and pushing for creative, effective delivery
- An ability to create content targeted to specific client personas
