Hence, tml Partners are extremely excited to be partnered with a FTSE 250 listed London property development firm, in search of a fantastic Marketing Lead for their Flexible Workspace offering. This is a newly curated position that will provide an autonomous proposition to lead on all marketing initiatives for the entire flexible office portfolio owned by this business.
Reporting into the Senior BD Lead and working closely with the Marketing Director, this role is an all-encompassing marketing position to develop all marketing plans for upcoming and existing assets to ensure portfolio is marketed in a creative manner. This will be a varietal role, focusing on creative brand initiatives, digital, PR activity and more.
