We’ve partnered with an award-winning, internationally renowned consulting firm to appoint a self-starting US Marketing Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to build a best-in-class marketing function from the ground up in one of the firm’s fastest-growing regions.

With a footprint in the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia, the firm is committed to helping businesses navigate strategic change, manage risk, and meet ambitious growth and sustainability goals.

The US business is rapidly expanding with offices in New York, Charlotte, Houston, and Chicago – and ambitious plans for further growth.

The Role

As US Marketing Lead, you will:

  • Develop and execute the US marketing strategy in line with global goals
  • Build and deliver an integrated marketing plan tailored to a US audience
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the US and London-based global teams
  • Localize global marketing campaigns and ensure the US voice is represented
  • Drive brand awareness through digital advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Oversee US PR activity in collaboration with an external agency
  • Support strategic account growth through targeted initiatives such as client hospitality, insights and networking
  • Own campaign performance measurement and recommend improvements

About You

  • Track record of strategic marketing experience, primarily in B2B/professional services
  • Proven success designing and executing go-to-market strategies in the US
  • A true self-starter—comfortable rolling up your sleeves and leading from the front
  • Strong campaign management background with measurable outcomes
  • Experience working within a global organization and tailoring strategies for local markets
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing teams and influencing senior leaders
  • Creative, results-driven, and energized by building something from scratch
