This position is a critical part of the growth strategy and a key hire to building a high-performing product and marketing function that is at the heart of the organisation. The Head of Product which will define and lead the product strategy, improve quality and scope of services, the value propositions as well as enhance efficiencies whilst staying true the core values & cause.
In this role you will manage the development, lifecycle and delivery of new and in-life products and services through value propositions, and manage the integrated world-class service experience. Analysing existing value propositions/offerings you will deliver business plans, implement leading-edge standards and quality frameworks and define customer experience, pricing and operational process to support revenue generation and membership engagement and retention.
Working closely with the Research & Insights team you will identify the needs of members and design relevant product/service offers that ensure competitiveness whilst also managing stakeholder relationships including suppliers, senior stakeholders, clients and direct reports.
