With recent funding, the business are ready to start their scale-up journey. As such they want to hire an experienced, creative and commercially savvy marketer who can come in to establish, build and grow the marketing strategy and function for the business. This individual will be responsible for:
- Creating, owning and delivering end to end marketing strategy that support business growth and commercial outcomes
- A strong product marketer that can elevate the product positioning in the market, develop messaging, and really elevate the solution across all channels
- Enhance the brand positioning and awareness of the business across the financial advisory audience group, build the company’s brand narrative and own the brand purpose aligning to product value and propositions
- Own the growth marketing and GTM programmes working closely with SDR, sales and BD functions as well as putting in place a data-driven performance model to track, monitor and convert demand generation
- Establish marketing best practice and process in an fast-paced and agile working environment
This is a great opportunity for a marketing expert with experience working in B2B SaaS/Fintech within a start-up/scale-up organisation to take real ownership of a new function and be a real contributor to the firms growth. Gravitas and good stakeholder management will be critical, working alongside the C-suite, and bringing the wider organisation on the marketing journey.
