- Manage and coach a global M&BD team, ensuring alignment with firm-wide goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive client relationship management and revenue growth.
Key Requirements
- Significant business development experience in legal ideally with a background in Regulatory, Antitrust and Competition practice areas.
- Strong expertise in business planning, client relationship management, and marketing strategy.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience motivating high-performing teams.
- Ability to work at a strategic and operational level, managing multiple priorities in a complex, global environment.
- Strong communication, influencing, and project management skills.
