Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and external communications strategy aligned with the firm’s values and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the Marketing Communications team, fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, consistent content across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Manage brand performance by auditing effectiveness, ensuring consistency, and addressing public crises with strategic communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and clients.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior brand and communications role within a large organisation, ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing brand strategies, with a strong understanding of external communications.
  • Proficiency in crisis management and public relations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative and innovative approach to leadership, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
