As a Head of Bids, you’ll lead our approach to winning new business. Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll develop innovative, client-focused proposals and refine our bidding processes to drive continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic influence with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Collaborate with practitioners to qualify and pursue high-value opportunities strategically.
  • Design creative, client-centered proposals to elevate our competitive edge.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage the professional growth of your team and champion a culture of collaboration.
  • Refine processes, track pipeline performance, and oversee bid analytics to drive results.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • A strong track record in managing and delivering successful bids, ideally within accountancy or consultancy.
  • Exceptional leadership, advisory, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with bid platforms (e.g., Seismic) is a bonus.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset and a passion for excellence.
