This global provider of fund solutions and professional services is looking for a Global Head of Marketing to develop, lead and inspire a high-performing team of twenty marketing, brand and digital specialists across Europe and USA. Reporting to the Chief BD and Marketing Officer, and working closely with the executive Board, the Global Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in leading a firmwide global brand refresh and digital transformation programme.
Foremost, the Global Head of Marketing will develop an omnichannel go-to-market strategy for the firm across key international markets, driving market share and revenue growth. The role will drive lead generation, viewing marketing as a key revenue generating channel for the business in line with the firm’s core global growth objectives, and deliver this through commercial ROI.
The successful candidate will be a marketing leader, with significant international experience operating at a senior level across investment funds, private equity, financial services, professional services or related B2B industries. They will have successfully developed and executed a global rebranding strategy within a large and complex organisation. They will hold strong strategic skills, combined with a natural flair for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. A true digital native with strong technical marketing knowledge, they will clearly evidence significant experience delivering highly impactful and commercially successful campaigns.
