Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a multiyear, purpose-driven integrated brand plan that redefines our brand’s global positioning and fosters a forward-looking and future-ready organisational culture.
- Act as the custodian of our brand and value proposition, ensuring they remain contemporary and resonate across all facets of the organisation.
- Partner closely with HR to align the brand with our organisational culture, fostering a cohesive ‘one organisation’ ethos.
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to understand strategic priorities and develop global brand-led marketing campaigns that drive brand reach, engagement, market share, and revenue growth.
- Utilise Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned channels to amplify our brand’s global impact, positioning us as a trusted catalyst of positive change in society.
- Define and implement the value proposition to support the annual group brand plan and achieve commercial targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute a brand-led campaign and content roadmap that supports organisational objectives.
- Use research and data insights to drive informed decisions and foster productive relationships with key stakeholders, aligning brand positioning with strategic goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Extensive experience in the full marketing mix, with a focus on digital marketing and content strategies.
- Proven international marketing experience within B2B professional services, demonstrating successful brand strategy execution.
- Track record of developing and executing impactful marketing plans, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Previous senior leadership experience, managing regional marketing teams and driving collaborative efforts across global matrix structures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Experience in account-based marketing, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue in targeted markets.
- Ability to articulate and drive the commercial impact of marketing efforts, contributing to organisational financial targets.
