This role sits at the strategic heart of customer acquisition and brand visibility across key European markets, with a focus on building scalable, in-house media capabilities that support long-term growth.
This individual will lead the full media remit from planning and buying through to optimisation, covering both performance and above-the-line channels. Working closely with agency partners and internal teams, you’ll take ownership of shaping media strategy, driving commercial outcomes, and ensuring excellence in execution across multiple regions.
A key part of this role is building out and leading an in-house team, providing best-in-class support to markets across Europe. You’ll bring a strong understanding of the global media landscape, with the ability to translate strategy into operational delivery across broadcast and digital channels.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in media strategy and governance within complex, regulated environments. You’ll be data-driven, commercially astute, and confident working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to align media investment with broader business goals.
