This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on management of digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The Director of Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving measurable revenue growth and enhancing ROI by optimising digital marketing capabilities. With a focus on growth, this role emphasises building a robust digital infrastructure that can adapt to changing market trends and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of digital marketing professionals, working collaboratively with creative and content teams to develop impactful ad visuals and copy while continuously testing and refining strategies for maximum performance. They will manage budgets for all performance marketing initiatives, using analytics tools like Google Analytics to provide insights and guide data-driven decision-making.
