tml Partners are delighted to be working with a leading investment and wealth manager, supporting them with their search for a Client Research and Insights Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to drive client focused decisions through the development and delivery of an insights strategy for B2B audiences.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement a robust insights strategy to support B2B business goals, using a range of research methodologies.
  • Analyse client, industry, and market trends to provide client centric recommendations to present to key stakeholders.
  • Lead multiple research initiatives, utilising a range of insights to solve client problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage research projects, ensuring insights inform business strategies.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in research design and delivery, ideally within the financial services or wealth management sectors.
  • Analytical expertise, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to lead projects and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
