We are delighted to be supporting a number of global, highly reputable Law firms to build their Business Development teams. We have a number of exciting opportunities from Specialist to Director level, with core responsibilities including:
- Collaborating with partners and practice groups to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, industry developments, and potential client targets
- Managing the preparation of client pitches, proposals, and RFP responses to support business generation efforts
- Leading initiatives to enhance the firm’s profile, including sponsorships, events, thought leadership, and networking opportunities
- Supporting cross-selling efforts across practice areas and offices to maximize client engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with branding and communications efforts
- Monitor and analyze key business development metrics to assess effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly
