A market-leading consultancy specialising in reputation management for law firms, legal tech providers, and industry bodies is seeking a talented Account Director to help drive their ambitious growth. With a dynamic team of over 20 professionals, this consultancy partners with some of the biggest names in the industry to deliver impactful corporate communications, crisis PR, and litigation PR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Account Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring client accounts are managed efficiently while providing strategic counsel and mentorship to your team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as senior lead on core client accounts.
  • Overseeing day-to-day client account operations and ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Acting as the senior lead on client accounts and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Line-managing and mentoring Account Executives and Account Managers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Supporting new business development through marketing activities, including article writing, speaking engagements, and client pitches.
  • Collaborating with the management team on strategic initiatives, staffing policies, and recruitment.

Required Experience:

We are looking for a self-starter with exceptional organisational and leadership skills, as well as:

  • Significant experience in legal or professional services PR, gained in-house or agency-side.
  • Strong technical PR expertise, including media relations, social media strategy, and multi-channel communications.
  • A commercial mindset and a passion for building relationships with clients and media commentators.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
