Naomi Hamilton supported Ultra with the appointment of a newly created Senior Corporate Communications Manager, operating at Group level from their London office. Naomi worked closely with Gabby Colley, Head of IR and Communications, to shape what was a business-critical role and a key hire for Gabby.
The role required a candidate with an integrated approach to communications, working across many different disciplines of the function internationally, to drive internal and external communications. This was a business-critical role to drive the communications for a business wide transformation programme, alongside corporate and financial communications strategies. Naomi utilised hers and tml Partner’s corporate affairs network, alongside a proactive search to provide Ultra with a comprehensive candidate shortlist.

Henry Perry was successfully appointed as Senior Corporate Communications Manager, to work closely with the communications and investor relations teams on the transformation programme, alongside all aspects of the broader corporate communications. Prior to Ultra Electronics, Henry worked both agency and inhouse, having most recently developed a varied skillset with Royal Mail Group in their group function.
