Kalen is Head of Customer Success for Growth Partners, empowering investor-backed businesses.
Kalen has worked with the European Private Equity community for a number of years, operating within primary research and expert networking across mid-mega-cap private equity. Prior to joining Growth Partners, Kalen led teams focused on supporting investment deal teams from deal origination through to due diligence, connecting them to the right expert at each stage of their research.
As Head of Customer Success, Kalen’s primary focus is on developing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to CEOs, Chairs, Talent Partners, Value Creation / Portfolio Operations Directors and other stakeholders looking for consultancy solutions to support business growth. He is also responsible for managing relationships with our existing Growth Partner consultants and growing the Growth Partners tribe of advisers.
Outside of work, Kalen is passionate about Rugby, Golf and Formula 1 as well as being an avid cyclist, recently leading a small group from London to Brussels on a 3 day trek covering 385km.
