tml Partners are supporting a specialist insurance business in their search for a Senior Marketing Executive. Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in a multifaceted generalist marketing role. Our client has a global presence, so this role will support the centralisation of marketing efforts to ensure consistency across the regions.
As part of a small, tight-knit team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the future of our client’s marketing efforts and brand. We’re looking for someone with the energy and drive to take on a varied role that spans a broad remit including digital, content, and event management. You will be responsible for the production of collateral including presentations and guides to effectively communicate the brand message and offerings.
This individual will manage the internal and external email communications, including the production of quarterly newsletters, and track performance metrics to optimise engagement. You will oversee website and social media channels, ensuring content is compelling, relevant, and aligned with the brand identity. In addition, you will liaise with third-party agencies to execute marketing campaigns, PR, events, and other initiatives effectively.
The ideal candidate will be high-energy and enthusiastic, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team. You must have a proactive approach with the ability to think on your feet and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as you work to stay ahead of industry trends.
