tml Partners are delighted to be partnering with a global provider of fund solutions and professional services on a newly created Senior Business Development Manager position. This is an exciting opportunity to be joining a leading organisation who are going through fantastic growth year on year. The position will be client facing, managing the sales cycle end-to-end across the Private Equity market and will report directly into the Head of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand your network of contacts and introducers within the Financial Services/Private Equity market.
- Identify and follow up on new business opportunities, arranging and attending introductory and follow-up meetings.
- Prepare and deliver client proposals, ensuring they meet high standards.
- Build a robust pipeline of new business to help achieve team and Group targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development, Head of Private Equity, Marketing, and the wider Business Development team.
- Represent the brand at conferences, networking events, and client meetings, supporting correct brand usage and contributing to the development of business tools.
Skills, Knowledge, Expertise:
- Proven experience in the Financial Services industry, with a strong understanding of the Private Equity market.
- High achievement drive and a collaborative, team-based approach.
- Self-sufficient with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to produce high-standard proposal documents.
- Relationship and sales experience, with industry-specific knowledge preferred.
