Senior Business Development Manager for Energy & Infrastructure (Sectors & Practice)
I have partnered with a prestigious Magic Circle Law Firm in their search for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the charge in the Energy & Infrastructure Sector. You’ll serve as a key support to the Global Energy Sector while spearheading initiatives within the Firm’s Energy and Infrastructure Practice. Collaborating closely with sector leaders and partners, you’ll drive growth & innovation, foster cross-selling initiatives, and maintain exceptional standards of client service.
Role Responsibilities:
Leading the Development of the Global Energy & Infrastructure Sector: As a leader in the global Energy & Infrastructure sector, you’ll drive strategic growth and collaboration across teams and regions. By spearheading cross-selling efforts and fostering knowledge exchange, you will position the firm as a thought leader in the industry.
Leadership and Mentorship: You’ll provide guidance to a team comprising a junior manager and two advisors, empowering them to excel and contribute to the practice’s success while maintaining a culture of professionalism and innovation.
Implementing Business Development Initiatives: You will develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand the firm’s presence in the Energy & Infrastructure sector through: targeting key clients, crafting tailored pitches, and collaborating with stakeholders to pursue new opportunities.
Maintaining Asset Pipelines and Identifying Profile-Raising Opportunities: You will be responsible for managing asset pipelines and profile-raising opportunities. By staying informed of industry trends and market dynamics, you’ll enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation, positioning them as a leader in the field.
