Your Role
Your overarching goal will be to help us achieve our strategic objectives of increasing brand awareness, understanding, perception, trust among key stakeholders and demonstrating the value of the organisation to its members. As Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in crafting compelling narratives that enhance our brand and resonate with our target audience. Your role will blend marketing and impact to create meaningful connections and drive results.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, guiding them to align their efforts with our overarching goals. Additionally, you’ll oversee relationships with external partners and agencies, ensuring that every aspect of our marketing reflects our mission and values
You will be responsible for end-to-end planning and management, including research/analysis, objective-setting, and budgets, of our below-the-line marketing communications. This encompasses member communications, events, market research, and email marketing in line with our marketing strategy.
You’ll serve as a key support to the senior marketing manager, spearheading major campaigns and projects with full autonomy. Alongside this, you’ll take charge of overseeing the line management of the marketing executive, ensuring coordination and execution of tasks within the marketing team.
What We are Looking For:
B2B / Retailer Marketing Experience: Experience in B2B and retailer marketing is essential, as you’ll be collaborating with key partners to drive impactful joint marketing initiatives and projects.
Collaboration & Agility: We value collaboration and agility, and we’re seeking someone who can work seamlessly with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Copywriting and Content: You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives in a tone of voice that resonates with our audience and drive engagement with our brand.
Innovative Mindset: We’re looking for someone with an innovative mindset who isn’t afraid to push boundaries and explore new ideas. Your creativity will be instrumental in helping us stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving landscape.
Digital Marketing Experience: Experience in digital marketing is highly desirable, but not essential. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage digital channels to reach wider audiences and drive meaningful impact.
