tml Partners are proud to be partnering with a premium FMCG food business, in their search for an International Marketing Manager. This critical role will drive strategic marketing initiatives for the company’s portfolio of premium desserts in key global markets, helping them achieve their business objective of doubling over the next 4 years.
The role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and oversees two direct reports – Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the launch and development of premium dessert products in international markets.
· Manage the brand growth and fame primarily through distributor relationships and working with local marketing agencies.
· Create and develop annual marketing plans and strategies focusing on market positioning, equity, and market share.
· Work in close collaboration with the global HO to adapt and develop marketing collateral tailored to individual country needs.
· Collaborate closely with commercial teams to drive commercial performance.
· Develop and execute brand and category strategies, including product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
· Utilise market insights to identify opportunities and collaborate with NPD teams on product development and new launches.
· Regular business travel to European markets and occasional visits to the US.
Skills and experience
· Extensive experience in international FMCG marketing, preferably in food and beverages.
· Proven track record of working effectively with distributor partners.
· Strong background in shopper, digital/social and PR marketing.
· Excellent project management skills.
· Solid understanding of commercial operations and P&L management.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
· Comfortable with frequent business travel (approximately 1x per month).
