tml Partners are delighted to be supporting a leading UK independent Insurance broker in their search for a Digital Acquisitions Marketing Manager. This individual will be instrumental in enhancing digital customer acquisition strategies, with a focus on driving growth, retention and profitability for their brands.

Working closely with the wider Marketing team and agency support you will coordinate creative paid campaigns across various social platforms. You will be responsible for the budgeting, planning, implementation and monitoring of performance channels such as Paid Search, SEO and Affiliates.

This individual will have a passion for diving deep in to the numbers, and be capable of implementing a test and learn approach on all performance channels. They will be responsible for carrying out regular A/B tests to ensure all campaigns are running effectively, identify opportunities to enhance performance, drive conversion, revenue and profitability.

While a strong background in performance marketing within the insurance sector is preferred, our client is open to candidates with experience in broader B2B financial services.
