tml Partners are delighted to have partnered with a leading algorithmic trading firm in their search for a Communications and Brand Lead. This individual will serve as the voice of the business in the market, playing a pivotal role in protecting and shaping the brand, while also leading all communications for the wider business including special projects on the Philanthropic and VC side.

We are in search of an innovative branding and communications specialist with global experience, who thrives in fast-paced organisations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully collaborating with executive leadership and high-profile stakeholders to drive business strategy and brand communications effectively.

Given the complexity of the industry, expertise in financial services is crucial, preferably from a smaller business to allow for a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement. This will be an individual contributor role, so you will be expected to be proactive.

This individual will demonstrate a strong proficiency in branding and communications skills, including executive communications, proactive management of PR, strong journalist relationships in the market, and driving various initiatives such as case studies, presentations, social media, and sponsorships.

This position is based in their London office, with our client adopting a hybrid working policy of four days per week in the office and one day remotely.
