This global pioneer in sustainability provides essential water and hygiene solutions to millions of customers around the world. They are now looking for a highly commercial and strategic marketing leader, to drive forward the proposition development and Go-To-Market strategy for their leading Food & Beverage division across the UK and Ireland.
Reporting to European Head of Marketing and working closely with the UK Managing Director, Sales and Finance leaders, the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in building the commercial marketing plan for the group and be accountable for driving volume growth across the region. In addition to customer segmentation, proposition development, go-to-market planning and execution, this role will also build the pricing strategy for UK Food & Beverage – that balances commercial sales agility with an enhanced customer experience.
The successful candidate will hold a strong track record in marketing strategy and planning, developed within complex B2B industries. You will be a fantastic stakeholder manager, comfortable building and developing relationships across Sales and Finance functions, to deliver joined up and best-in-class go to market plans. With a passion for driving commercial growth, you will showcase demonstrable ROI at every stage of the marketing planning and execution cycle.
