The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, showcase a proven track record in cultivating FMCG brands, particularly those within the food and beverage sectors, and have a wealth of experience across the marketing mix.
Ideally, candidates will have balanced blue-chip training with time spent navigating smaller, entrepreneurial business environments with challenger and/or disruptive brands. Exposure to working for a PE-backed business or having worked in a commoditised category would also be interesting.
