We are thrilled to once again be partnered with a Magic Circle law firm in search for a Business Development Lead in their Tax and Employment practice. This is a highly compelling newly created opportunity that will see this person be more focused on bigger picture projects and campaigns, rather than transactional pitching processes. This position is designed for someone to formulate strategic processes and liaise with a highly dynamic partner group, who are all big investors in business development.
Reporting into the Head of Business Development for Corporate, based in the US, responsibilities will include:
- Advising the partner group on best BD practice and ensuring business growth objectives are being met through executing ideas, and creating impact.
- Engaging partners regularly on strategically developing new and existing client relationships through various means.
- Produce and manage thematic content that is relevant to the practice groups, including campaigns and events to increase engagement and raise the profile of the practice.
