Business Development Manager (Equity Capital Markets) for a Global Law Firm
We have partnered with a leading Global Law Firm in their for an established Business Development Manager to join the London team, focusing on the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) practice within the Corporate group.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Developing and executing business development strategies tailored to the ECM market, driving growth and expanding reach.
Client Engagement: Cultivating strategic client relationships and coordinating targeted efforts to understand client needs and exceed expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Conducting client listening sessions and integrating feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with client expectations.
Market Insight: Conducting thorough market and client research to inform strategic planning and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Event Coordination: Coordinating client-facing and internal events to enhance our visibility, engagement, and knowledge sharing within the firm.
Communication: Overseeing internal communications and campaign management initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Recognition: Leading submissions for directories and awards to showcase our expertise and enhance our reputation in the industry.
What We’re Looking For:
Business Development Experience: Substantial experience in business development and marketing within legal or financial services, with a proven track record of executing successful business development strategies that drive tangible results.
Pitching Skills: Experience in leading proposal and pitch presentations
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and client focus, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Proactive Approach: A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
