After a decade of building a brand grounded in trust, deep expertise, and a specialist focus on marketing leadership, we’re proud to launch the next chapter of our story — a bold new brand identity that reflects who we’ve become and where we’re heading.

We’ve evolved alongside our clients, who continue to push the boundaries of what marketing leadership looks like. As their businesses have grown, globalised and transformed, so too has ours. We’ve broadened our reach, deepened our expertise, and expanded the scope of roles we support – across commercial, product, digital and communications leadership in Europe, North America and beyond.

The abstract doorway motif is designed to symbolise movement, transition and possibility – a nod to the journeys our clients and candidates are on, and the part we play in helping them unlock new potential. It represents optimism, curiosity and change – all values that sit at the heart of what we do.
